A. AL-Sawwary Plant :

 

 

   It was founded in 1988 it locates in Baghdad / Karkh – Hi AL-amel near the airport road through with of 35500 m2 area ,  start production in 1989 and manufactures fiberglass products such as boats, water tanks, cooling towers fans, ribbed panels, and some spare parts for cars, machinery and added to it aline for the production of helmets in 1999.

Manufactures the following:-

  1. Boats for different types and sizes . 

  2. fiber glass tanks in different sizes to preserve fluids .

  3. Sheets of fiber glass .

  4. Battery Containers .

  5. Products which are produced due to needs of crtain consumers .

B.  Al- jihad plant :

 

 

  It was founded in 1989 by English nationality  Bi-WATER company it locates in the company's headquarters in Baghdad / Karkh / Taji with 19000 m2 area, it opened in 1992, which produces several types of industrial resins in four industrial units with aservice unit and those products are considered important raw material used in the molding , plumbing and manufacture of dye and glue are: --
A – Novolac resin + converted Venol design capacity 1500 tons \ Year
B – ALKed resin design capacity 4750 tons \ Year
C - PVA resin design capacity of 5500 tons \ Year
D - polyester resin design capacity 4750 tons \ years

 

Manufactures the following:-

  1. Rezol : which is used as a gluish product in the production of wood and paper .

  2. Novolack : which is used in the production of hot blocks and as a suspension product .

  3. Alkedrizn : used in the production of oil paints and ink .

  4. Polyfenialesteet : used in the production of water paints .

  5. Polyester : used in production of fiberglass .

  6. Benzwik Acid : which is used in the production of medical products .

C.  Ink Plant :

 

 

  It was founded in 1994 it locates in Baghdad \ Karkh \ AL-khadhraa near Abu Ghareb highway through with 38000 m2 area . added to it aline for the production newspapers inks in 2002 with a  design capacity of 300 tons \ years of rabbis and concentrates of colors and is producing 65 different types of inks Such as correction, Newspaper , metal plates, printing and aluminum plates printing inks  as well as the plant  providing the printing inks to some companies such as (cement, vegetable oils, also to presses the Ministry of Education) the plant has  ambitious to produce the press inks for computers .

Manufactures the following:- 

  1. ink Rolls and Sheet in all colours and is used in the printing of newspapers and magazines

  2. Letterpress ink in all colours and is used in the printing of books and commercial boards.

  3. Roto-graphio and Flaxograph which is used in the production of aluminum sheets .

  4. Ronio ink in all colours which is in the printing of books and commercial boards .

  5. Concentrated colouring which is used in the production of fiberglass production .

  6. Printing inks used for printing on sheets of aluminum .

  7. Gellicot used in the production of fiberglass .

E. Rock Wool Plant :

 

 

 
 

 

 

  It was founded in 1993 by a Jordanian company it locates in AL-taji and received in 1995 with of 67500 m2 area , design capacity 3000 tons \ year and used as thermal insulation and sound , the product used in buildings, exchanges and reservoirs also used to isolate the hot and cold industrial equipment to temperatures up to 700 c0, and add the aline for Packaging production tubes in 2000 .

Manufactures the following :-

  1. Rock Wool Rolls : Size   1 m    width / maximum  -  5 m    length / maximum

  2. Rock Wool for packaging tubes in different size.

  3. Rock Wool panels with required specification.

  4. Free Rock Wool .

And it use in heating isolated in pipes , tanks and heat exchanger 

Rock wool is characterized by the following :

  1. High efficiency in thermal insulation up to 700 C0 Celsius

  2. Unflammable and to bear the high temperatures exceeding 750 C0 Celsius

  3.  Unimpaired water and the circumstances surrounding it and for the passage of time.

  4. Free of sulphates and chlorides, which cause no erosion of the surfaces in touch .

  5. An organic ( not allowed to growth of fungus and molds ) .

  6. Low thermal conductivity about  0.035  watt / mm0

  7. Has  no health effect and saving the energy power and environmental protection

  8. Easily use with no special technique.
